When will my order ship?

Our processing time is 5-10 business days. Occasionally, orders will ship much earlier than the stated processing time :)

Where is my order?

We ship out orders using Canada Post's standard shipping to help keep shipping costs low. That means your order is UNTRACKED. If you require a tracking number, please contact us and we will create a custom listing for you that includes the price of tracking.

Shipping times: 
Within Canada: 1-3 weeks
Within United States: 1 - 4 weeks
Everywhere else: 2 - 6 weeks

If your package exceeds the estimated shipping time, please contact us to work something out.

I input the wrong address by accident. What do I do?

If you notice that you provided us with incorrect shipping information, please email us via beedooandco@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can solve this issue. If you email us after your order has been shipped and your order is returned to us, we will happily re-mail your order for you (buyer is responsible for re-mailing fees).

Can I combine my order to save on shipping?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us via beedooandco@gmail.com to see what can be done. We make no promises that this can be done, but we will try our best to work with you.

Can I get a refund on my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can get a refund. However, orders that have been shipped out are final sale unless you receive a defective item. If you received a defective item, please email a photo of it to beedooandco@gmail.com with a description of what is wrong with it.

Can you do a custom request?

Currently, we are not accepting custom requests unless they are for wholesale orders (subscription boxes, storefronts, etc). If you have a request that you think our customers would like, we would be happy to consider them for future products. Please follow us @beedooandco on Instagram to keep up with our products.
